Mix one scoop (5 g) with water, fruit juice or your favorite pre- or post-workout drink. PI-Nutrition recommends loading for the first 3 days. To load for 3 days, take 2 scoops before your workout and 2 scoops after your workout. On the days that you don’t work out, take at any time of day.
